 We recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your booking as we will not be able to offer any refunds outside of our cancellation policies as described below.

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking your reservation with The Cascades Inn!

Check-in time is 3pm-9pm Eastern Time, Check-out time is 11am Eastern Time.

Check-ins past 9pm are ok, however, we do need to know when you will be arriving to ensure someone is available to check you in. Please contact us by calling us at (706) 782-2085, or emailing us at reservations@thecascadesinn.com to inform us of your plans. Depending on the time of check-in, some additional arrangements may need to be made prior to your arrival to help ensure an efficient and problem-free check-in process after 9 pm.

** No smoking of any kind is permitted within any of the guest units. Smoking is permitted outdoors within designated areas only.

** Dogs (potty trained) are allowed at The Cascades Inn guest units, with the exception of suites 6 and 7. Cats are not allowed. There is a pet fee of $25 per stay, per pet, up to a maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone within the guest units. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside on the property.

** An additional excessive cleaning fee of $25 will charged if dirty dishes are left and the stove tops and counters are not clean. Also, the floors in the suite should be left relatively clean with no visible food debris or mud tracked in that cannot be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner and standard mopping.

** A $100 refundable security deposit will be charged on your credit or debit card at check-in. This deposit will be refunded back to your card within 7 days after checkout if nothing needs to be retained for excessive cleaning or damages. Cash deposits will not be accepted. 

We do not provide cots or roll-away beds for additional occupants. Additional occupants above the maximum occupancy for each guest unit type is prohibited unless approved by us. With the exception of children, additional fees will be incurred per occupant, per night, over the max occupancy specified for each guest unit type. Additional sleeping accommodations for approved additional occupants must be brought with you, (i.e. blankets, sleeping bags, etc…).

If you have provided us with an email address in your reservation details, we will email you detailed check-in information on the morning of your arrival date. Please feel free to email us at reservations@thecascadesinn.com, and please be sure to identify the name under whom the reservation was made.

Payment Policy

The total cost of your stay, plus tax, is due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

100% of the stay cost, including fees and taxes, is due at time of booking. A full refund will be issued if your reservation is cancelled outside of a 7-day window of the scheduled check-in date. Inside of this 7-day window, the full cost of the booking, including tax, is non-refundable.
